Huawei To Deploy CDMA Network For PCCW

Huawei Technologies has signed with Hong Kong’s PCCW to help the company deploy its first CDMA 2000 1X/1xEV-DO Rev. A network.
Zhao Ming, vice president in charge of Huawei’s Wireless Products, says that they are very pleased that PCCW will choose Huawei’s fourth generation Base Transceiver Station product in deploying the CDMA network.

Huawei to expand Bayan’s wireless landline network

Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd. (Huawei), a leader in providing next generation telecoms network solutions for operators worldwide, announced that it has been awarded a CDMA network expansion contract by Bayan TELECOMMUNICATIONS (Bayan).
Under the agreement, Huawei will provide an advanced ALL IP CDMA2000 end-to-end solution for the operator, including intelligent network, transmission, and microwave products.

Shanghai to add more base stations to support 3G service
