China Mobile Announces Policies On 3G Number Issuance

China Mobile (CHL) has announced plans to issue TD-SCDMA numbers in eight Chinese cities from April 1.

China imports more paper pulp at higher cost in 2007

China bought 8.47 million tons of paper pulp from abroad last year, representing a year-on-year increase of 6.5 percent, sources with the General Administration of Customs said on Sunday.
