China Guodian, Electricite de France sign carbon credit deal

Power producer China Guodian Corp said it has signed a framework agreement with Electricite de France (EDF) on carbon credit purchase involving 18 clean development mechanism (CDM) projects.

FAW-Toyota acquires two auto parts businesses from FAW-Xiali

FAW-Xiali plans to sell two auto parts businesses at a total price of 311 million yuan ($41.89 million) to FAW-Toyota, the Beijing Times reported today.
