GM Announces OnStar Telematics JV in China

Oman Investment Fund Raises China Gas Stake To 5% For US$3.9M

Piped-gas distributor China Gas Holdings Ltd. (0384.HK) said Thursday the Oman Investment Fund raised its stake to 5.00% from 4.73% earlier this week for HK$30.2 million (US$3.9 million).
The Oman Investment Fund said in a separate statement it bought 8.8 million China Gas shares at an average price of HK$3.429 each Monday.

PetroChina, Korean National Oil in technology tieup for Daqing

6 price manipulation cases uncovered amid oil shortage

China’s top economic planning agency said on Wednesday that 6 diesel price manipulation cases had been found in a nationwide inspection amid fuel supply shortages.
These six petrol filling stations sold diesel at prices 43% higher than the government-regulated price to cash in on ongoing fuel shortages, according to the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC).
